Yoga Fundamentals class offers a foundational practice with time to focus on the fundamentals such as alignment, breath, and the energetics of the body.

This is a great class for beginners to start from the ground up, or experienced practitioners to refine their practice. 


Yin Yoga

Tuesdays 5:15pm to 6:15pm

@Donelson Hermitage YMCA

Yin yoga works on the joints, ligaments, and connective tissues. This is a slower practice that uses lots of props. A great addition to any physical routine.
